CCA REPORT – COMPUTER CLUB (2026-27)

The Computer Club conducted a variety of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) with the objective of developing students’ digital literacy, creativity, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and awareness of emerging technologies.

The activities were designed to bridge the gap between theoretical Computer Science concepts and their practical application, while fostering creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and digital awareness among students.

The programme provided students with opportunities to explore Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence concepts through hands-on, creative, and collaborative learning experiences. Each activity was planned according to the age and learning level of the students, enabling them to apply their knowledge in an engaging and meaningful manner.

Class 1 students prepared charts on Smart Devices, developing awareness of commonly used smart technologies and their applications in daily life.

Class 2 students participated in Poster Making on the Uses of Artificial Intelligence, expressing their understanding of AI through creative visual representations.

Class 3 students engaged in Computer Puzzle activities, which helped enhance their logical thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Class 4 students explored Algorithms and Flowcharts, learning to represent simple problem-solving steps in a systematic and visual manner.

Class 5 students solved Computer Crossword Puzzles, reinforcing important computer terminology in an enjoyable and interactive way.

Class 6 students prepared and presented PowerPoint Presentations on the Uses of Artificial Intelligence. The activity enhanced their research, presentation, creativity, and communication skills.

Class 7 students participated in a Seminar on AI Domains, where they explored areas such as Statistical Data, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision, along with their applications in real-life situations.

Class 8 students presented a Skit on Cyber Crime and Cyber Security, creating awareness about responsible digital behaviour, online safety, protection of personal information, and safe use of technology.

Class 9 students participated in Collage Making, creatively presenting ideas

Class 10 students participated in an IT Quiz, which tested and enhanced their knowledge of Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, cyber safety, and current developments in the field of technology.

The activities provided students with a meaningful blend of learning, creativity, technology awareness, and practical experience. The activities successfully complemented classroom learning and encouraged students to apply their knowledge beyond textbooks.

The programme saw enthusiastic participation across all grades, reflecting the students’ growing interest in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging technologies. Thediverse range of activities also contributed to the development of essential 21st-century skills such as creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and digital literacy.

Overall, the Computer Club successfully provided students with an engaging platform to learn, explore, create, collaborate, and confidently express their understanding of technology.
